It couples web, round and Twin-Path slings to oblongs and hooks, splices two slings into a longer assembly, builds bridles, and lets a sling be run as a SLIDING CHOKER. The wide radiused pad is the whole point: it gives the webbing a broad bearing surface so the sling can slide and choke without being bent over a hook throat or a sharp edge. Rated 5,000 lb (2.5 ton) vertical and 4,000 lb (2 ton) choker. Conforms to ASME B30.9.
