Aeroquip® by Danfoss DataCryo DC394 liquid cooling hose features a peroxide-cured, zinc- and calcium-free synthetic EPDM tube, textile fabric reinforcement with a steel wire helix, and a fire-retardant channelled EPDM-P cover rated UL 94 V-0. Engineered as an ultra-flexible source line for data center liquid cooling, it delivers leak-free coolant to server racks with a best-in-class bend radius and low force to bend. The DC394-24BU has a 1.5 in ID (38.1 mm), 1.93 in OD (49.0 mm), 150 psi (10.5 bar) working pressure, 600 psi (42 bar) minimum burst, 1.38 in (35 mm) minimum bend radius, and full vacuum service to 28 in Hg (94.8 kPa). Supplied on a 61 m (200 ft) coil with a blue layline and qualified for Danfoss 1G crimp fittings. Halogen-free, 100% sulfur-free EPDM construction with a low coefficient of friction reduces corrosion risk and pressure drop for improved liquid-cooling system efficiency. Operating temperature range -40 deg F to +284 deg F (-40 deg C to +140 deg C). Order fulfillment: made to stock.
