Liquid cooling uses water as the cooling medium to keep processor temperatures low in data centers. Danfoss designed the Aeroquip by Danfoss DataCryo EHW194 hose with this emerging technology in mind, pairing a UL 94 V-0 fire-retardant cover with the flexibility and kink resistance needed to work in tight spaces.

Aeroquip® by Danfoss DataCryo EHW194 liquid cooling hose features a peroxide-cured, zinc-free synthetic EPDM tube, 2-ply textile reinforcement and a fire-retardant peroxide-cured EPDM cover rated UL 94 V-0. Designed for data center liquid cooling, its superior flexibility and kink resistance let it maneuver in tight server-rack spaces to simplify installation and maintenance. The EHW194-12BKRL has a 3/4 in ID (19.0 mm), 1.17 in OD (29.7 mm), 150 psi (10.5 bar) working pressure, 600 psi (42 bar) burst pressure and a 4.92 in (125 mm) minimum bend radius, supplied with a black cover. Compatible with Danfoss 1G crimp, 100B socketless, Hansen UQD and Hansen FD83 fittings. This item is cut to length from 250 ft reels and sold by the foot. 100% sulfur-free EPDM construction with a smooth, low-friction cover reduces corrosion risk to copper cooling components and eases routing. Exceeds ASTM E84 Class 1/A requirements for smoke and flame. Operating temperature range -40 deg F to +284 deg F (-40 deg C to +140 deg C). Designed and manufactured by Danfoss Power Solutions.
