CONTINENTAL WESTERN CORPORATION 057099 is a duct tape roll with 9 mil thickness, 2 in width, and 60 yd length. It uses a coated cloth backing with natural rubber and synthetic resin adhesive for adhesion to steel and conformability, with tear resistance for indoor and outdoor use.Suitable for HVAC and general contractor duct sealing, bundling, and patching applications. A 9 mil general-purpose cloth duct tape, 2 in x 60 yd. Mil thickness is the number that matters when comparing duct tapes: it tracks the amount of cloth and adhesive in the roll, and therefore the tear strength and how well the tape holds on a cold or dusty surface. This 9 mil grade is the everyday roll; the 11 mil version (CON-057045) is the heavier one for demanding work.
