The Danfoss Hansen® ML4MQBS37MBS is a 1/4 in (MQD04, 6.4 mm nominal flow diameter) MQDB blind-mate quick disconnect socket in 304 stainless steel with a G 3/8 male BSPP (-6) terminal end. The MQDB blind-mate series is built to NVIDIA Quick Disconnect (MQD and MQDB) Specification 3.2 for liquid-cooled servers: the socket is panel- or manifold-mounted and mates automatically with the floating-body MQDB plug as the tray or module slides home, with no hand access needed. Flat-face double shut-off valves limit fluid loss to 0.025 cc and air inclusion to 0.05 cc per cycle. Rated flow 1.8 gpm, 100 psi maximum working pressure, 300 psi minimum burst, 50 to 149 deg F operating range. Peroxide-cured EPDM seals (IEC 62368-1 G.15.2.3) for single-phase water/glycol coolant. 0.75 in hex, 1.23 in L. Sold each.
