The Danfoss Hansen® ML8UQP87ORMBLS11 is a 1/2 in (UQD08) Universal Quick Disconnect plug - the OCP UQD08 V2 version in 304 stainless steel with a 7/8-14 UNF male O-ring boss (SAE -10, ISO 11926-3) terminal end and blue color-coded O-ring for supply line identification. Built to the Open Compute Project UQD specification, it mates with any OCP-compliant UQD08 socket from any manufacturer. Flat-face, double shut-off valving closes both halves on disconnect with no more than 0.03 cc fluid loss and 0.029 cc air inclusion, so cold plates and manifolds can be hot-swapped without draining or purging. Rated flow 4.7 gpm (Cv 5.32) exceeds the OCP minimum by 25% or more, cutting pump energy. Peroxide-cured EPDM-P seals (IEC 62368-1 G.15.2.3 certified) are rated -40 to 302 deg F and suit water, water/glycol and most dielectric coolants; 100 psi maximum working pressure, 300 psi minimum burst. 1.06 in hex, 1.69 in L x 1.33 in W.
