Kuriyama Tigerflex® 2020™ Polyurethane Heavy-Duty Material Handling Hose with Grounding Wire
Kuriyama Tigerflex® 2001 is a heavy-duty food-grade handling hose designed for dry applications where severe abrasion is a factor. Constructed with a PVC cover, polyurethane liner, and rigid PVC helix, this transparent hose offers excellent abrasion and oil resistance while allowing for visual flow confirmation. The embedded multi-strand grounding wire prevents static buildup, enhancing safety and ensuring smooth material transfer without contamination. With a 6-inch bend radius, it provides superior flexibility and durability, outperforming traditional rubber or PVC hoses in heavy-duty applications. Rated for 50 PSI and temperatures from -4°F to 150°F, this phthalate-free hose is ideal for abrasive material handling, pharmaceutical transfer, plastic processing, and pneumatic conveying.
