Lock-N-Lift 500B

The Lock-N-Lift #500B Weld-In Plate is the female receiver component for all Lock-N-Lift lifting tools, designed to be permanently welded into road plates and other heavy steel items requiring repeated lifting and lowering. Manufactured from WCB steel per ASTM-A216 and normalized for weldability, the plate is compatible with road plates made from Grade A36, A50, and A992 steel. Once installed, it sits flush to the surface of the host plate, eliminating any trip hazard. The plate contains no threads and requires no routine maintenance. Approximate installation time in a 1" thick road plate is 20 minutes. Dimensions: 4-1/2"L x 4-1/2"W x 5/8" thick. Weight: 2.2 lbs. Safe working load: 8,000 lbs with a 5:1 minimum safety factor.
