Poly-Dacron Rope

Poly‑Dacron rope—also known as combination or Poly‑Dac rope—is a 3‑strand twisted synthetic rope featuring a high-tenacity polyester covering over a lightweight polypropylene (or co-polymer) core. This design combines the abrasion and UV resistance of polyester with low stretch and high strength from polyolefin core yarns. The rope maintains flexibility, knots easily, resists mildew and rot, and remains colorfast even in prolonged outdoor exposure.
