Synflex® 3V10 Nylon Very High-Pressure Hose

The Synflex® Very High-Pressure Hose, Series 3V10, is a compact and lightweight solution for demanding high-pressure applications. Designed with a co-extruded nylon-lined core tube and a polyurethane cover, this hose offers exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion, ensuring reliable performance in tough environments. Reinforced with spiraled high-tensile aramid fiber, it handles pressures up to 10,000 psi while maintaining low elongation and volumetric expansion of less than ±2%. With a bend radius down to 1.5 inches and a temperature range of -40°F to 150°F, the 3V10 is ideal for hydraulic tools, rescue equipment, and high-pressure test systems.
