Synflex® 3VE0 Orange Nylon-Lined Very High-Pressure Non-Conductive Hose

The Synflex® Very High-Pressure Non-Conductive Hose, Series 3VE0, is purpose-built for applications where high pressure and non-conductivity are critical. With a nylon-lined core tube and a non-perforated polyurethane cover, this hose offers excellent abrasion and UV resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability in demanding environments. Reinforced with 4-spiral high-tensile aramid fiber, it handles pressures up to 8,000 psi while maintaining low elongation and compact size. Designed for safety, the hose exhibits less than 50 µA leakage when subjected to 75,000 V/ft for 5 minutes, meeting SAE J517 standards. Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -40°F to 150°F and down to a 1 1/2-inch bend radius, it is ideal for hydraulic systems near high voltage sources, rescue equipment, mobile machinery, and aerial equipment.
