WCWR® Aircraft Cable, 3/16 in Wire Diameter, Finish: Galvanized, Load Capacity: 840 lb, Strands: 7 x 19, 1000 FT A factory-wound 1000 ft reel of 3/16 in 7 x 19 galvanized aircraft cable. The 7 x 19 construction - seven strands of nineteen wires - is the most flexible of the common aircraft cable lays, which is why it is the one specified where the cable runs over sheaves or has to be coiled. Minimum breaking strength is 4,200 lb, giving a 840 lb working load limit at the 5:1 design factor used for general rigging. Approximate weight 6.5 lb per 100 ft.
